Tears don't make you weak but sensitive and one who cares about others abudently.
Momentarty anger at unjust acts doesn't make you a crazed sinner, just makes you human-expressing a God-given emotion.
And feeling and living in joy in the midst of turmoil isn't insane it's waling in maturity.

It's good to let out feelings of despair, anger, sadness and even happiness. For if we don't channel these emotions out of our physical bodies, they will eat us from the inside out.

Important factor to remember about anger though is: letting it out and fostering it are two different things. You can express it but if and when your expression turns to a bitter lifestyle then it becomes wrong.

So, in conclusion, I would say to you: Let Out, Let Go, and Be Free to live life to the fullest and be hopeful that good things are coming your way.

Jeremiah 29:13 (For I know the plans i have for you says the Lord, plans for good and not for evil. To give you a future and a hope.)
