Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm, for love is strong as death, jealousy is fierce as the grave. Its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the LORD.
Little a strength have we there’
Thou little one joy short spent
Chosen child, God did send
Jesus Christ, your heart to mend
When hope was small, thine was frail
The glow of thine soul indeed was pail
But Christ the King came to re-ignite
Burnished brass of beaming Light
Set time of Salvation had come
Joy unspeakable, so sweet the drum
The sound of Love so pure so sweet
As Christ came shufflin' with angels feet
Swift and light full of Love
Swifter than a chariots fleet above
Why he Loves me I don’t understand
My mistakes innumerable as the sand
Yet with Love he holds my hand
And guides me fitting to the land
Of milk and honey and such alike!
I trust my Savior will transform me in his Like!
