I shared this poem with someone who thought it was good, so I thought I would jump out of my comfort zone for once and share a poem I wrote. Tell me what you guys think.

I am but only one girl
A stranger in my own homeland, I am
My voice the silent echo
My face a hidden shadow
I speak but no one answers
I dance but no one follows

My voice is the violin
Crafted without any strings:
A song that nobody hears
A loss that nobody fears
The song that goes unheard now
One girl forgotten, for now

In this world I am waiting
In this world I am fading
For the next I am gaining
But the next its delaying

In this world I walk alone
No shadow except my alone
This road I've walked for so long
No shadow except my own

look to Someone other that yourself...
it's hard to conceive,
but another awaits to be born within
and personal songs have been written for you alone...

because "there is no variation or shadow due to change" in the One Who walks with you?
