That must've been so disappointing, Addison.:(I have had a bible stolen from me when I was in hospital......it was a beautiful , leather bound bible which cost me a pretty penny. :( People said I should just be happy that someone stole my bible - maybe they would read it - but I still wished they could have bought their own.
Oh that's a shame. Maybe they thought it was the hospital's? I know stuff gets stolen in hospitals too though unfortunately.

Thanks.

I'm trying my best not to see it as some kind of sign from God but my thoughts have struggled on this.

I finally bought my first arranger keyboard (I might have mentioned this a million times #exaggeration). So, the best thing about buying this on December, 1) it was on sale (I saved almost $200!!) 2) I got freebies (audio technica headphones and a couple of cables).

The struggles of a single lady, I had to carry this all the way to my apartment. But thank God for chivalry! The guy at the music store got me a cab that was big enough for this thing. The cab driver carried it for me to the lift, it's a good thing as well that my apartment is like 5 steps from the lift. So it all went well. :) Now, I gotta be productive and clean my room. Oh and my 7-day staycation starts today. I have enough time to be creative!! #PSYCHED

This was actually early last week, i got a men's flannel button up shirt at Target on a whim, and it has been life changing. To stay within the thread rules, my most recent was bulk grocery/household shopping after church so I should be set for at least a month with the exception of restocking fresh fruit and veggies.

Roasted pepper flavored sesame sticks.

Someone at church gave me a jar of muscadine jelly. Two slices of sourdough bread with that jelly and a bit of butter, followed by the sesame sticks, is a really good supper. :)

This. But... it wasn't that good lol. Yogurt has let me down.

Oh... that. Um... yeah, okios will always let you down.

There's a brand called "Greek Gods" yoghurt that is pretty good. And Wal-Mart even carries it.

Most South Indian homes make yoghurt at home. They call it "curd", but it is actually yoghurt because, unlike the preparation for curd, the preparation for yoghurt involves adding bacterial culture (usually, some yoghurt) to the milk. If you ever come to India, please do stop by at my place for a bowl of yoghurt. ;)

I like the Fage plain and I add in fruit and pecans or walnuts.
Siggi's Icelandic yogurt is also wonderful
Both found at target and fresh market

Thank you both for the suggestions! I will look those up and keep them in mind the next time I go. I typically don't eat yogurt, so I'm experimenting a bit. And adding pecans sounds like a great idea.

Almost all yoghurt these days is made with lowfat or nonfat milk AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! The "weird" taste that lowfat milk has is amplified in the yoghurt made from such stuff. That's why lowfat yoghurt tastes so bad.

That's why I suggested Greek Gods brand. It's made with real milk.

I seem to have lost the taste for the preflavored yogurts as ive gotten older...mix it up on your own with blueberries, raspberries or other fruit, some kind of nut and it's such an easy, protein dense breakfast.
