You know, I think I should qualify my previous statement. In areas I have never been to before, it's definitely walk-in only. In familiar areas, I need to have walked in enough times to get a general indication of the capabilities and the teeth-to-tattoo ratio of the folks working there before I make a decision if I'll use the drive-thru in emergencies...like when it's cold or I get HANGRY for a Big Mac and am in my basketball shorts, bunny slippers, and crude t-shirt.

Hold the fort.

Where do you find bunny slippers in your size?

And, I'm pretty sure they'd be Happy Bunny brand bunny slippers.

Walk in always. How can you do a drive-through all-you-can-eat sushi buffet? The places I like don't have drive-through.

I am reminded of a video game though, a science fiction game set in the future. The main character goes to a fly-through restaurant and instantly feels full. "Whoa, what happened?"

"They materialize the food directly into your stomach. Ultimate convenience."

"Where's the fun in that?"

I'm not tall by any means. I am, by all measurement and accounting, a manlet. Short guy, short feet.

Drive thru anything works for me. I don't like taking my kid's into stores, McDonalds or fast food is okay but stores where they sell stuff like the CVS pharmacy, no thanks. My Son is okay but my Daughter will always see something that she wants and it's a battle. So I use the drive thru whenever I can.
