Yes, I am keeping well. :)

It must be midnight where you are. Don't worry about the crazies here. I will keep an eye on them while you are gone. :p
Good stuff, good stuff! It's 10:40pm, here in South Australia. Close enough. Thanks. Yes, keep an eye on them all. Maybe 'two' on Maxwel. ;)

I am. I bake for my small gf business. :) I have a dedicated facility and everything. I can't tolerate xanthan gum either, so most commercial products won't work for me. :(
Oh wow, xanthan gum? That's a rare intolerance to come across. I've heard of people having it maybe once or twice.

Or I could knock him out cold. I bought this new club yesterday and I was looking for an opportunity to put it to good use. :p

Okay. :)

Well, I found a mix and a pre-made loaf you might be interested in. Just know that gluten-free breads are extremely different. The way you mix things, the way you prepare everything...it's like learning a new language. It'll take a lot of trial and error, and I still haven't even fully figured it out. I've never tried these brands specifically, either. Lemme know if you want the links to them!
That would be great, thanks...
Well, I'll give you a few links, but yeast-free breads and gluten free grains don't work at all like gluten and yeasty breads... you won't be able to judge them 1:1. Doesn't taste the same, doesn't look the same... none of it.

That said: Here are a few links you can try. I've tried NONE of them, but my friend found these:
Hope For Healing: Soft and Chewy Baguette Bread (gluten, dairy, yeast, nut and sugar-free)
The Gluten Free Spouse: Gluten Free, Egg Free, Yeast Free Bread

Thank you :)

Gluten-Free Bread Recipe & Yeast-Free Bread Recipe (Loaf) (you'll want to use a combination of flours when you use gluten-free)

Gluten-Free and Yeast-Free Bread Mix and all Purpose Flour Blend - Breads from Anna

Ener-G gluten-free Yeast-Free Brown Rice Loaf

Ener-G gluten-free Yeast-Free White Rice Loaf

Paleo Bread Recipe (grain-free, gluten-free) Just in case you want to try a different approach.

I also found one that looked very promising but you had to buy a cook book for it, and I figured you probably don't wanna do that.

I've found that many celiacs have the issue. Stinks too, because it makes bread and other baked good so much more stable. :kicks rocks:

Today I decided to turn over a new leaf.

So I reached down to the ground and flipped one over, and under it was a note that said "No Luck. Try Again Next Thursday."

I guess some changes take time.

Thank you, I will scour these over for the next five minutes or so, to see if I can do something with them :)

Setting color of skin aside, all lives matter, no matter who you are. I wish people could just see that. It doesn't matter who the person is or what color of skin.

To die, to sleep no more and by a sleep to say we end the heartache and the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to.
'Tis a consummation devoutly to be wished.
To die, to sleep--to sleep--perchance to dream:
For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come...

- Shakespeare

had to get away from the tv for a while, reports on things happening in Baltimore and other cities, too much negativity for me. I knew which site to come to, seeking Jesus. I prayed to rid myself of the negativity, the media is immersed in it.

Oh blessed Lord, please bring your good spirit to all the folks involved.
Glad to see you all here tonight. God bless us all...

It's kind of scary when you find out that someone who talks badly about others, isn't your friend on Facebook anymore. Makes one wonder if they're talking badly about you now.
I just went through my Facebook friends list and realized I need to clean it up. There are so many people I never talk to, some I don't even hardly know anymore, some who I could just stand to take out of my life, and some who wouldn't care if I wasn't in theirs anymore.

Maybe because the leaf wasn't new. Maybe it was old, and that's why it was on the ground.

Just got home from work, driving a fellow coworker to the train station, eating a tuna sandwhich on ciabata; because my dog ate my bread (Evidence- nose prints on the couch)... and taking a shower.
Applying deodorant
Cleaning my face.
Applying lotion to dry hands
-
Drinking water with melatonin.
-
I am waiting for this to kick in now and the I am going to dream about trees.
Work at six am.
Waking up at five.

Something happened today that was funny.... hm...
Oh yeah it wasn't really funny
One of the serving windows at work broke today and closed with a loud crash in front of everyone...
I didn't really do anything to it, sooo......
It was a very unfortunate series of events.

At rehearsal and had a sudden craving for tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich...but not just any grilled cheese...one with whole grain bread and extra sharp cheddar.

Can't stop thinking about it.

I blame Wagner.

Had you taken the proposal you received a few days ago, you'd have had your sandwich delivered at the rehearsal, for free. :p
