Usually I love your advice Green, but this just looks like jail time to me. I definitely wouldn't get out of produce with less than a restraining order and don't want to even talk about dairy.

My money's on the book snorters. I'm spicing up The Notebook with Stetson as we speak! Wish me luck.
Maybe, it is, but, I doubt it, most girls can see romance coming like I said with checker example. A creep guy will do something stupid, not something that takes creativity of having listened to what she said. I agree though, it could backfire, but, land you in jail for talking to a girl about things she likes and then getting her what she said she liked, nah, a girl is not going to put you in jail, she, at worst, will think your weird. And, good, then, that's the Lord's leading, she is just not right for you, Kentom :) Have faith, brother, that what we need to have , and, I am not saying I have ever done that in getting a girl's attention that I like her in hopes she will say yes when I ask her out, but, I could do that, sometime . The Lord leads :)

I don't get to the bookstore much, but would it count at the Library?

Well, I've got a kindle, I must admit it is ok..Its handy if your away from home saves lugging around a few books.. and also get some great deals..I mean free. Just recently I got a 6 RC Sproul books free.. anyhow, It sill does not replace the book, as some have said earlier its not just holding it, and I agree new books have a unique. .mind you so can old ones!

I am all for equality, if any lady would wish to meet in Glasgow, your quite welcome to buy me a book :) Christian bookstore has a café inside so I would be quite willing to by the coffee. :)

I feel weird at bookstores, if there are people standing near me. I even feel weird if that person standing near me is my husband, and he's offering to buy me the book I'm trying to read before closing time.

I have a pretty big personal bubble, and it gets bigger in bookstores. So, if a random person was all, "Oh, let me buy that book for you, you seem really into it..." there's a good chance I'd throw the book at them and run for it.

Er...for everyone else though, what a nice idea :D

I'm afraid I can't allow this to happen. Phil, you can go visit Astrid, but Astrid, you can't go visit Phil.

I'd be too much into the bookstore to even notice a girl. First of all, I'd be too self-conscious about what I'm looking for and little too preoccupied with what I'm looking at. Second of all, I tend to take my time whilst at any store if I'm just browsing. Even I get impatient withmyself. Third, if anyone tried to talk to me while I'm in my personal "I'mjustlookingaroundoutofcuriousityandfacination" mode, I'd bumble out something asinine and be all sseb'zeh'ble'bleh'yeeah about it. But when it comes to bookstores by themselves, it's just plain crazy how many hours I can spend there even it is with just a set amount of cash. And that's usually the problem... >_>

If I had $25 to spend and pick out $120 dollars worth of books, I'd have to boil it down to books that I can learn and grow from.

Back to the original topic. xP

If I were confident enough and had the money to use a bookstore like that, I probably would. But in any real case, if the person(female xP) in front of me, at the check out counter, was short of funds to purchase a book or two I'd totally offer to cover the rest. The richness of a kind deed feels a lot more "sharper" than reading a book.

(Oh, I too, like the smell of a new book. Old book smell is almost as good. But, I almost feel bad for them when I hear the cracking of a new book.)
