Amen - Josie223, and welcome to this thread. Please stay and encourage us in the Lord, as we too encourage you! It is my aim here to praise the Lord as is His due, but to also intentionally place His will above my own. Yet, what I am learning is His will is becoming my own all the more as I live in total dependency on Him as my life. I end up dieting to the right to myself, first by revelation, and then by practice and this is when my Character is built to be like Jesus Himself.

We also like a lot of Coffee and food items apparently, for it is the joy of the Lord which also gives us strength to do His will. Join in, its good to have you with us!
replace dieting with dying. Lol - I still must have food on my mind sorry.

If you eat right you won't need to exercise to the point of collapse. I eat air and I'm good all day and night. A little 78 mile run in the morning and a bike ride in the afternoon followed by a 59 mile hike at night and wallauah magic ...as in it would take magic!

I don’t usually eat air – it’s not salty enough. :p A steady diet of this will help you keep in tip top shape – no need for anything extra – just eat and enjoy – chomp chomp chomp. No more shall you be running to and fro bro – you could take lessons from one who knows HAHHAHAHAHHAHHHAHA :D
