I listened to Mel Robbins on Youtube about procrastination. She strongly recommends counting backwards from five because it interrupts you procrastination thinking pattern.

Side note..... I had an Uncle Ernie and he was my favorite. Was partially bald which gave me a love for bald guys. Only one guy I fell hard for went bald...the other two full head of hair one until death... Current husband still kicking and you know him as Tourist he has nice hair too what one would call a silver fox.....He need a hair cut too much longer and he will start to look like Jesus....with long hair... Still waiting on that Great Clips coupon.....
