Its all about winning the race in Christ Amen!
But steadfast and diligent wins the race empowered by our Lord and Savior!
It is in our weakness His glory is seen then.:)...

The poor and afflicted shall eat and be satisfied; they shall praise the Lord -- "they who [diligently] seek for, inquire of and for Him, and require Him [as their greatest need]. May your hearts be quickened now and forever!

(Psalms 22:26).

You know, that turtle is cheating – I’m gonna get me a skateboard and a stick of dynamite too hahahaha :D

I’m so glad we operate in His power, otherwise I definitely couldn’t keep up that’s for sure! Yawn.

You can find the dynamite next to the Vegemite at your local grocer.

Well that’s what my trusted source tells me anyhow. It’s more convenient over here in Stralia, we can find it with the peanut butter and the boomerangs lol :D

I spent about an hour this morning looking up some stuff about brain function and synapsis. Depleted had started a thread about why the human brain doesn't fully mature until about 25. I remembered watching about that on educational TV. So I went to Merriam-Websters online to brush up on the scientific side. Not that I agree with it, but it has merit. So I figured I would post it in the interest of the thread.

Well I have the mind of Christ – or that’s what I keep telling myself hahahahha :D The only way I can have the mind of Christ is to let Him do all the thinking for me. :p

Hey Magenta, I’ve been thinking of you – how’s things with you?
Things. Hmmm. Things, huh? Haha. I am reminded of a rather famous saying by JFK: ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. So it is with life. It is not how life treats me, but how I treat life. Life has been throwing me some challenges recently, and I clearly see through these challenges to the condition of my heart, and so would ask you for prayer, to help soften me toward those who oppose me, and malign me, and refuse to co-operate with me when I am supposed to be training them at work. Pray that I can overlook their continual offenses that I may show the love of Christ in my attitude and actions toward them. It has been incredibly stressful and I dread coming to work some days, even though I love my job.

How are you? :)

I will pray for God to change the hostile work situation that you currently face. It's hard enough to go to work but even harder when you have to deal with toxic associates, especially those that you are trying your best to help and train. It's a real shame that these people don't appreciate one who is training them.

Well beautiful, I knew that something had been going on with you, and yes I will definitely pray for you. You know you can PM me anytime for prayer and discussion and that I’m here for you. (((HUGS))) Things are all in order at this end and have just been getting on with the daily task of living and keeping within His ordinances and Will as best I can, by letting go and submitting to Him without arguing too much lol. :D Sometimes I’ve been a bit wobbly but nothing God can’t handle hahahahaha! He has a way of sorting me out lol. :)

Darling, as soon as I began praying for you I believe I received this scripture for you:

Luke 11:33 “"No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light.”

Keep that light shining lovely one!

Thought I would pop in here for awhile after spending time dealing with a hostile member in the God and Drug Addiction thread.

It's good to be amongst my friends.

That's a whole lot better than dealing with that member who is toxic and abusive in that other thread. He's real too, or rather unreal. :)
