Jordi,
Just a few questions for you, sister:

Would Jesus say it is OK? (He weighs our motives)
Is it OK with your church/ ministry? (They are your family and know what's best for you)
Would you be setting a godly example if someone saw you with him? (We have a responsibility towards others)

If your answer to the above 3 questions is "Yes," then you are good to go.

Just a few thoughts:
He is 44 years old, and not 70. This means that he is a young man.
He is presumably an unbeliever, and we know what the Bible say about mingling with unbelievers.
He is divorced, and may be seeking a mate.
He is an actor, and we know the lifestyles of actors.

God Bless!

I agree that I may have gone a tad bit far(I know I'm getting older:). However, I'd rather take it a bit far than tell someone to casually go ahead with a situation I'm not fully aware of.

I am just giving my opinion. One can take it or leave it. In the end, the final decision is up to the OP, who knows her situation better than us. It would be immature to be too forward in matters related to dating, where many a young woman has been hurt for life.

I would say the same thing to my younger sister, or any young girl who professes to be a Christian. Dating cannot be taken so casually. It is becoming more of a trend nowadays. One must weigh all possibilities.
