The conspiracy theorists said that it was the government black ops blowing up the nephilim jailed under Washington DC, or something like that. Keep us posted. It's probably just a random quake under 2.5 like Markum says. Note, your town has a nearly 30% chance of an earthquake in any 50 year period: Oklahoma

I didn't know that about Delaware.. As far as us having an earthquake, I guess if God wants to move me He will...

Who are "they" and "them' written above?
Those that say "Peace and safety" because they do not do as Jesus said to do, "Watch and pray", and so they deny the signs that He said to be watchful of for the day of the Lord.

I put my criteria at more than a 6.0 and searched for the last 20 years (I think it was, or so) and did a count. Maybe it was 7.0 and higher too. Anyways, there has been about the same for that whole period counted year to year. About 15 if I remember correctly. I did the search about a year ago.

Try the USGS reports. This one only measures 5.0 and above.

The number of high scale earthquakes does not seem to have increased much, but the number of earthquakes overall has increased significantly.
The statistics for earthquakes given in the movie "2012" were actual scientific observations of this increase. Of course the movie in and of itself was a Hollywood dramatization.

Deuteronomy 13:3
you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.

I want to be held accountable, so I'm laying it on the table for all eyes to look at ...
I have shared some things that God has showed me in awake dreams .. I do not however, wish to do something God wants to reveal Himself .. He is quite capable and needs no help from me ..

Might not even take visions alone as evidence - although they'd be very pursuasive at first. I think first the receipt of a prophecy, a prayer to the one true God for a sign, the receipt of that sign, and then asking again for another sign and receiving another sign. Then I would probably believe the prophecy was valid.

I've never had a prophesy,dream or vision. Never heard an audible voice thinking it was God,an angel or demon. When I "hear" from God it's mainly just sort of a word picture in my head,unfortunately narrated by someone that sounds a lot like me,but maybe has a more mellow tone to his voice. lol Not sure as if I'd want that gift or blessing...looking back in the bible at all the prophets,it seems like they had a tough road mapped out for them. People think I'm crazy enough now & I think God knows how pathetic & weak of a person I am,so he spares me things like visions. He more than likely knows my fat little head would go BANG!

I think if God wants to give someone a prophecy he's going to do whatever it takes to back it up. So pray to him and ask him for difficult signs. I think there'd be a reason he'd reveal a prophecy to someone, and I don't believe God takes his decisions to do things lightly. In other words, if God reveals a prophecy to you I'm sure he's prepared to give you evidence to act upon it. Otherwise there'd be no point in him revealing it to you.

Powemm, I just want to say one thing, that I'm not sure was addressed, although Zero and Ken may have addressed it. When reading scripture, never look at just one verse, always look for full context. That means, looks for verses before and after, to see if other scripture helps to explain it. Otherwise, you might be like the woman who opened the Bible found a verse that said "And Judas hanged himself." Closed it, open again and found another that said, "Go and do likewise."

i was just about to post to the first part, "it's whatever definition God tells you to put your faith in", but then I was going to add, I think you are called with a lot to share, deeper than most I have seen, and I have seen a lot. I am not sure about the venue, or how God will work it out. There is an inherent call in your visions that the Body of Christ is not hearing from anyone nationally or internationally at this point. Like a missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle for the upcoming generation. My post meant that I think you are called to be a mover and shaker in the Kingdom.

And ADHD is what teachers call it when they are tired of questions they can't answer from kids who are smarter than they are. It lets them drug the kids so they don't have to be bothered. [Okay, teachers, now you can all tell me I'm wrong about that. It was a little different when I was in school, but I saw it nonetheless. We didn't have drugs, but we did have punishment.]

My wife and I used to argue about this all the time. I did the research and the math. And I found a book from 1860 or so that said that the massive increase of earthquakes then proved the second coming was just about to occur. There has been no increase in earthquakes at any time since records were first kept in maybe 300BC. We are getting better at reporting them, however. It did not impress her. Funny, it's irrelevant to her, as she is with Jesus now, and I'm still here to count earthquakes.
