Here I am on Friday night, hanging out with Paul, lol. He is not a new fella I found, nope, lol. I am digging into His writings in the book of Romans, chapter One. I am choosing to write my interpretations because it edifies my understanding of His God inspired words. .

Hmmm, how can I best paraphrase my own takeaways on Romans, chapter One?

Well, it speaks of living by Faith, so much so that we take on who He, our Lord Jesus Christ, is, not in what He created. We also see that this apostle chosen by God, gained great faith in praying for others, and took great pleasure in following the greatest desire of his heart, preaching the good news of the Gospel. He felt compelled to impart on others the spiritual gifts of believing. He was heavy hearted, knowing full well the risk of those who submitted to the lusts of their flesh. The dangers, thanks be to God, were and are not insurmountable, though, if only we would instead surrender fully to believing, to trusting, to knowing the power of Jesus Christ. We read in Romans One that there is no excuse to deny Him, our Lord. That He has imparted His truth in us all, but that we must walk in His truth to unleash the power and spiritual gifts in it. How we walk in His truth is directly proportional to how much faith we have. Thanks be to God His work within actually builds our faith, and our work, our part, is to submit to His Efforts.

The key in doing so, once again, is faith. So tonight I ask both the reader and myself some serious questions. Ones that deserve our honest insight. How important is His truth...how solid is our trust in His truth?

Are we living, at all times, in all ways, by Faith?

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, " but the righteous man shall live by faith ."
