There are mixed reports on Everything.
It is my understanding that the children at Plaza Towers Elementary & Briarwood Elementary are releasing students to parents that can walk in to pick them up. The neighborhoods are not passable by car.
Sightseers are inhibiting the rescue efforts all over the area. Many are standing guard over their few remaining possessions. National Guard is helping with Search & Rescue... may assist in securing the area.
Sounds like it was officially an F4, not an F5. But the area of destruction is said to possibly be larger than the infamous May 3rd tornado of 1999. Either way some of the houses are cleared to the slab, others merely demolished.

My workplace is in the path, but I believe was spared. Between 3 and 4 the boss told us all to leave, but that was about the time this thread started... maybe a little late. I nearly stayed. I broke a few traffic laws with some rally-cross style driving in my Honda Fit.
