Someone seriously needs to make a videogame based on that idea. If they haven't already in Japan. (A PG VERSION of course)

Including hentai video games. They have whole stores of them. But none, I think, that would be PG rated.

Oh lawd no D: D: D:

I'll just stick to my Harvest Moon farming games where "romantic interactions" equate to giving someone their favorite vegetable. (Because apparently EVERYONE has a favorite vegetable)

Are there any sites in which I can customize and build my own boyfriend? Like a humanoid, a human like robot? He'll be near perfect and when I don't want him around I can just shut him off. ;)

Yes, Japan has such websites; however, the finished product is but pixels on a computer screen. Honestly, the reek of feminism is strong on you... lol.
That's only because you want a Stepford Wife.

Why can you not recognize that she was most likely joking.

This was rich!! Oh, that's beautiful! The reek of feminism. That's either about a feminist that stinks or it's 7 days with a feminist in Japan......

Okay, after not have read the pages two and three, and not really seeing them there, I realized most people realized she was joking by the time I posted. So hopefully you did too, and if so, then I'm sorry for my comment.

But I will say, who wants a perfect boyfriend or girlfriend anyway. That would just make our own inadequacies all the more obvious. (Did I spell inadequacies right?)

I'm inadequately well rested to weigh in on how to spell inadequacies. I'm drawing from my experiences here and am hopefully correct.

My Lexicon is running out of steam tonight. Perhaps I should add some fuel to the fire and get some sleep.

I wonder if our tendency to take surveys about the perfect mate and flip through dating sites like a catalogue, we've deluded ourselves to the "build a mate" attitude.

It is possible you have built an unrealistic expectation. It tends to be really hard on the hopeless romantics. I'm not saying you should just settle, just wait, the right person will come around even if you have to make concessions, he will have to as well.

There's plenty of BAB (Build-a-Bae) sites. You select all the credentials and click the generate button and within 3 weeks time, you have your fully functioning Bae perfect and prepped for marriage.
However, 90% of the time, they won't send you a Bae. They just give you a link to my facebook page!!!! **Quagmire voice** AL-RIIIIIIIGHT!!!!! GIGGITY-GOOOOOOOOO!!!!

What a weird thread. I am hesitant to even join in the discussion. But....

What ever happened to the: "I just need a man, any man will do" attitude?;)
