I used to work in the produce section at a grocery store. I was going through the strawberries making sure there weren't any going bad, when this man walked up to me. He started telling me facts about strawberries. I figured he was just trying to flirt with me and didn't think much of it. He asked how old I was. Without waiting for an answer he asked if I had enjoyed my prom. I told him I did and after a few more awkward questions I told him I had to go.
A few days later I heard a familiar voice. "Hey there sweetie. I can tell you are young. Are you 21 yet?" (I was 18 or 19 at the time). I told him I had to get my work done, that I hoped he had a good day when he asked if I planned on getting married and having babies. I felt a shiver go down my spine. The way he looked at me was so creepy!! He gave me a smirk. I looked at my cart and decided I would take my trash to the compacter in the back of the store, to get away from him. I told him I had to go. I looked over my shoulder and he was FOLLOWING ME. I threw away my garbage. There was a small window in the swinging doors that seperated the back from the grocery. I looked through it and saw him standing outside, WAITING. I was relieved when he didn't see me, but there was no way I was going out there with him standing there. I was debating what I was going to do when a coworker walked into the back. I asked him to go get a manager. He was escorted from the store and told not to come back. I never walked to my car alone after work, either. We have instincts for a reason. Creepy creepy creeper...
