Still need the Triple Beam Balance and the Spring Scale. Both are two different types of scales.

So, since a hand lens is pretty much a magnifier, would it be better to use the Spanish form of magnifier instead of hand lens?

oh. I read that as "hard lens." Disregard my entry.

Yes. A magnifying glass is probably closer to what you want = lupa.

I just realized how similar lupa and loupe are. And both have similar meanings.

balancing scale = balanza (disregard my previous suggestion)

Balanza de muelle I believe is the best translation for spring scale ;) take the translation and google it if you get the picture of the item you're talking about its on the right track hahaha

So Balanza de muelle seems to be more specific to the type of spring scale I need translated while escala de resorte pulls up not just spring scales but other types of scales that work the opposite way.
