I don't pray for a particular type of woman for my life. Instead I pray that God guides me to where he wants me to be, strengthens me to follow his will, and gives me the faith to accept his will when it is presented.

I sincerely hope his plan calls for a good Christian woman to come into my life, but if he has other plans for me, then that is ok too...

I do, not everyday like I should.. But I think its awesome too.. God hears or prayers and he knows who we are gonna be with.. I pray that God will bless her, watch over her and keep her safe... And that God will comfort her let her know I'm out here and I can't wait to meet her.. And that I'm gonna love her as Jesus loves his church(bride

yes, I do occasionally. But since I'm not in a hurry, its not a pressing issue. Usually results from the presence or thought of one who was/is behaving badly, and knowing how it feels.

Yes, I pray everyday for my future husband. I think it is a good thing and a real blessing to our future husband before we even meet them and know their names. It says in Proverbs 31:12 She brings him good, not harm all the days of her life. And I think that means that we can be praying wives before he is even our husbands all the days of our lives before we even meet each other. There is power in prayer. We can get a head start of praying for our future husbands long before they become our husbands. So that when we get married and have a husband then we already know how to pray for our husbands.

I've prayed off and on for my future husband for a number of years. I started doing that quite a bit after I got saved. (As opposed to praying about him, i.e., "God, please let him be able to cook. Amen." Which I totally used to do as a kid. xD)

You can't cook? Or you just don't like to? Or do you like to cook only when the mood strikes you?

Cooking is one of the true joys of life. Especially when it comes out better than you expected. I set out to make some chicken soup and, no kidding, it turned into chicken gravy. It was good though.

I dont pray for my possible future spouse as in like how youd pray for a friend whos struggling with something and needs help, no. But I often pray for God to guide me to what He wants, if He one day wants me to marry, and to show me the right path for me to take.

Im sometimes not sure that I should get married, actually. At least lately. I mean, Im all about affectionate and romantic junk, like I totally day dream about things like holding hands and sharing things together and telling each other about how were special to the other and all that. I love companionship and all that too. But I have a few issues myself that I deal with. Like, uh for like physical intimacy junk. I dont feel that desire in that way, its something I deal with. And honestly I dont really want to feel it, I just want to avoid that issue in like every way. So if I ever were to be married, Id really want to be with someone who wants to be celibate. Im both not sure how many people out there actually share that feeling, and also am not sure if its really the right thing to do, to be married but abstain from physical relations.

I mean I do believe it is biblical, as Paul wrote to not be passionate, and to take time for prayer to avoid satans temptations. I take those verses to heart (and of course if I were to marry Id want my wife to take them to heart, too). But I dunno, lately, after praying on it for a while, I sorta am starting to feel like maybe I shouldnt worry about being married. BUT, at the same time I do feel the need for companionship, I do want that best friend to spend my days with. So I dunno what I should do.

So I cant say I pray for my potential future spouse, but I definitely pray on the topic of my potential future spouse : p

There is absolutely power in prayer. I'm sure that you will have no problem praying for your husband once you are married.

I can make awesome cakepops and boil an egg. But other than that it's not something I really learned or particularly enjoy doing, although I have had times when the fancy struck me and I decided it would be fun to make something. My fiancé and I have made a few meals together though, and that has been pretty fun.

Lol, I'm the total opposite I love cooking food, it's a great joy to sit down to a hard and long (time-wise) prepped meal and put a piece of deliciousness in your mouth. Of course the downside is sometimes the time it takes 2-3 hours to prepare esp indian food takes crazy long, so when I have down time I usually make something....The kitchen is my mad scientist lab where I throw spices around like they're going out of style and even if I wing it w/no measurements I put out some food with a bang taste wise.....Cooking is in my blood yo! ;) But yea my sibs think I'm crazy until they try what I made and they're like whoa man that's great ....no kidding.... :)

I had to google what a "cakepop" was lol....never heard of the term before XD....

Very often when I do make something on my own I improvise a lot. I apparently have a knack for predicting flavor outcomes. I ended up making some really weird stuff in college... but with pretty good results. I did traumatize a few people with whole whipped potatoe dessert thing, though. Apparently you can only venture so far outside of the conventional use of potatoes before people start getting weirded out. They still had to admit it was good, though... xD

Yeah, Starbucks had these dark chocolate raspberry truffle cakepops that were life-changing and they quit carrying them, so I hunted the recipe down on a copycat website and made my own modifications.

What's wrong with potato-base for dessert? Potato pancakes anybody? Everybody has heard of those.

The trick is to find something they already know about and draw analogies. ;)

Hey Kathy, I pray God brings me a wife more than anything.
God was not lying when he said in Genesis, it is not good for man to be alone.
I put as much time and effort into finding a wife as I do improving myself,
and finding a job to get off Social assistance. With the 32 years God has had me
on this earth, I can assure you I am Gods gift to the world and there's not a woman alive,
that will find a man greater than I.
