I have so many phobias and worries and fears that are plaguing my life. I am scared of fire engines. fire brigade, etc because of the breathing apparatus they wear. When I was three years old (I am 52 now) my babysitters came down from the loft wearing a gasmask from the war. One day I will conquer my fear.

I iwsh I had strength and faith in myself I wish i had better self esteem. I have been beaten down to probably the lowest points of my life the last 15 years or so and i feel stuck.
