Ok??

To me, that's just plain strange, but if grandpa hitting your dinner plates before you eat with fly swatter with fly guts on it (assuming) is just grandpa crazy like a fox to you then it is what it is. To me, I see that differently, the antics of that, in my most polite description, beloved, is gross. And, wondering too if you were only one who lost their, appetite, because I too would not eat off a plate smacked with the family fly swatter.

You would have to know him, all my sibling agree, about him.

But unforunately, we didn't live close enought to them to see them must, as my grandma, his wife was always spoiling us as kids, and was a wonderful cook. I remember one time grandpa and my sister were arguing and my mom told my sister to be quiet, but grandma told mom to leave her alone, because grandpa had ask for it. My grandma was the last one of all four of my grandparents to past away, in August 2000. Forunately around May 2000, I saw her for the first time in 14 Years.

I will never forget my Grandma. For she was a godly woman and loved the Lord and went to be with Him years ago.
And I know she truly loved me for she gave me my first Bible when I was 17 at my sisters wedding. Which I still have.
It is a Thomas Nelson publication of the King James Version with my name inscribed in gold letters on the front.
And on the inside it says presented to: my name
from: Her name
and the words, BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!

Green this update is for you :) I had a truly wonderful time with my grandmother (nana) the other night :) Nana has always been one that I have looked up to since I was little and it was her relationship with the Lord that gave me the desire to have my own with God, even at a young age.

She's cute. :) We talked a lot and then had tea as we soaked our feet. It was an odd combination, but incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. She always knows the perfect way to de-stress. I tried teaching Nana some things with the computer, but that's going to take some time :) She told the internet guy who came that she wanted her code to be "violets" and when I called the company because we couldn't connect they told me she picked "violence". That would be soo unlike nana. I would have loved to have known what he was thinking when he misunderstood her :) Nana was rather embarrassed.

My great grandmother is living with nana, so it was an extra special time. I pretty much learn a lot of about the past when I'm with her :) Family is such a blessing!

Amen, smileON, people need to hear this, we all do, it's important to understand the importance that God puts on people in our life. De-stressing is a great thing to be able to do, can have health benefits too, for stress brings on sickness and even ailments, :( but, yes, that is wonderful that you and your grandma enjoyed tea and soaking your feet. Did you use those special massaging tubs, I can remember in former work, I used to buy those from goodwills, thinking I would re-sell them. I don't think I ever resold even one but the idea is good, just not good for reselling them, I guess. I got one for my mom for X-mas one time, she liked using it (she's diabetic, so feet can be a troublesome spot with this ailment, or, affliction, probably better word). But, yes, that's a sweet update, milady, and, teaching her computers I imagine tough to do. 'Violence' and not 'violets,' yes, with your sweet gra-ma-ma, who would EVER even get such a two words confused. :)

Yes, you should keep all your notes and, the Lord leads, but your stories of your grandma, and great grandma, and, you, smileON, would be great spiritual guidance for others, guideposts. ;) and, how WONDERFUL IS THAT!, being seeing grandma and her devout faith and serving of God as you grew up and it rubbed off on you. Awesome. The power of grandma . I guess I need to do a new thread now :D
