I like "Bad Cops" better, to be honest.

Fun fact, 742 Evergreen terrace is the official address of The Simpsons.

I have played for the king and queen a couple of times, I have been sitting next to the best male cross country skiier in Norway, I have eaten breakfast and been in the elevator with the most famous violinist in Norway, I have met some famous conductors and soloists. The most infamous vicar in Norway that has been "dancing with the stars" on TV, having loads of scandals including a very social democratic funeral, dog services and other stunts... is my second cousin. So we have met in different family occasions including my father's funeral. Well. Non of these people are very famous to you and Norway is a rather small country, but still. The best conductor I have played under is Sakari Oramo. He is beyond great.

Yes I have. :) Celina Moore, a well-known opera singer here in VT, her daughter Celinie and I grew up together. I used to ride their horses, and stay overnight. Now Celinie sings opera also.. Also, I have seen The Beach Boys and John Stamos live in concert, many years ago here in Vermont. :)

Who, and when? Details!

Seriously. I would love for you to come to visit Norway, and I'll give you the grand tour. And you get to meet my black and white dog couple.

Andy Garcia and I were on the same basketball team at Miami Beach High School in the early seventies. He was very kind and had a good sense of humor.

I've met; Cyndi Lauper, Marie Osmond, Richard Nixon, Walter Payton, Lorne Greene, Tanya Tucker, Meadowlark Lemon, and a few others. Mostly just hand shakes, although at one of her shows, Marie sat in my lap while singing a verse or two. For a brief moment, I wished I were a Latter Day Saint :)
Oh my galoshes!! You've met Cyndi?!?!

I met the hanson brothers at a meet and greet at the mall and I went to their concert. They were all grown ups and not that famous anymore unlike the time when they were just cute talented boys.

I saw hanson brothers live at an outdoor concert back in like 2005? It was at a big outdoor mall in newport beach. :D

Some of you have probably heard by now about the woman who supposedly had an affair with Trump....

Back in the late 90's there was this upscale cigar shop that opened right next door to where I worked and for their grand opening they were having a playboy playmate there to sign autographs (the place where we worked was right across the street from Apple's office building...)...

Anyway it was Karen McDougal and she was only Miss April at the time. She became playmate of the year later on. I didn't meet her but I saw her as I walked to my car... :p So I was pretty surprised to hear her name in the news...

The closest I ever came was when we went to Opryland in 1969. We were walking through the park and heard an announcement that there was a special showing in the outdoor pavillion. We started to get some seats when I decided to go to the restroom first. I was on the way back when the bodyguards stopped me right by the stage: to make way for the star. Hurrying right by me in a full bodied dress was Loretta Lynn. Her dress even swiped me a little. That is what you call a close look. Of course, we saw some more stars in the Opryland Theater. I think it was Roy Acuff, Merle Haggard and a couple more I can't remember.

Yes, several, but, by far the most noteworthy was Nelson Mandela...
