I got invited to three parties. I was going to attempt at going to all three. But....nah. I'll be going to a coworker's place.

I'll be volunteer security at an all-night youth event our church hosts ( I won't be there all night though; I know my limits!). It's the largest chem-free teen party in this region... around 500 youth expected to come, with video games, laser tag, tricycle jousting, inflatables, prizes, skits, dance routines, at least one live band (two I think), worship, and of course, a clear presentation of the Gospel. I even get to wear a costume!

Now if we could just export the idea...

Anyone else also home alone with new years eve?
Why not go out anyway?
If you're happy to stay in, great....if not, make some plans, make the best out of your situation either way

Now you have piqued interest! Do tell us what kind of costume?:)
I'll find out this evening. There is a prep meeting and final fitting. A security costume of some sort. More details tomorrow.

I'm alone this NYE too (that's tonight for me). I have been for the last 3 years lol. But I'll be on FaceTime with my family. I'm even happy about it. My friends and roomies are all out partying somewhere tonight. I like quiet NYE's. I'll be having lots of food tonight to celebrate. And I'll settle things I should've done earlier this year and get my schedule and (rough) plans ready for the next. I'm excited! <3

Not really, I live with my mom, dad, and brother. But I get what you're saying: I don't plan to go out. Too cold.

I am planning on staying home this year, but I use it as a time of reflection on the past year and the ability to look ahead to the new year.

I am actually really excited for 2016 because I know my dream of graduating college will come to pass and only God knows what else he has planned for my life. In 2015 I learned a lot about myself and grew a lot in the ability of taking a stand for God and myself at the same time.
