Evansville is on CST. Other parts of Indiana are on eastern time. :)
The whole state is not on the same time. It's an issue here.

 that's crazy! what if you have a 1:00 appointment somewhere in the part of the state that is not on CST and you didn't know it? That's cuckoo!

Yep...it causes a lot of work issues because we are on central time and Indianapolis is on eastern time. :/

Whats interesting is...if you want to gain or lose an hour a day all you have to do is wake up in one part of the state and then move to the other part sometime during the day.

It sure beats trying to build one of these...

..and time zones are the issue????
Time zones, fiscal cliffs, gun control (or lack of it), bi-partisanship, excess spending without accountability, corporate bailouts, companies declared too big to fail, fannie may and freddie mac, impossible-to-pay-back student loans, continuing the "war' in afghanistan, drastically reducing military spending, failure and cover up of the attack in benghazi, the TSA, etc..

You are sooooooooo lucky! They probably don't talk about her much in Canada (which is a really lovely country by the way), but if you watch any mainstream tv or listen to the radio or even click on aol or yahoo online you can't avoid hearing about her here. Ugh. She's the star of the cable tv reality show "Keeping Up with The Kardashians". They're a rich family that lives in los angeles somewhere and the show focuses on the everyday lives of the three daughters who are basically spoiled rich girls who date and marry basketball stars. Their father is the famous olympian, Bruce Jenner. God help him. Several months ago, Kim got married to her basketball player bf and the wedding cost millions and it was all televised and they ended up divorcing in like 70 days.
