Yes, but if you live in a Western nation we will NOT marry you because to do so will place us under a punishing body of law that denudes us of our liberty and after you've divorced us empowers the government to seize our assets and levy our paycheck up to the rest of our natural life in some places and if we ever get sick or lose our job and can't immediately find a new one also incarcerate us in jail.

I'm sorry but we value our liberty and have no desire to spend many years as an indentured servant to someone who's long gone with jail hanging over our head the entire time. You'll just have to go it alone. Good luck.
Now, this is such a sad statement :(.... perhaps a clear indication that he isnt a real man and ready for such commitment...peace bro!

Age is right on that count I'm afraid.

Men in the West statiscially get taken to the cleaners in a divorce. Women initiate as many as 80 percent of no fault divorces and women cheat almost as much as men do statistically.

Marriage is a terrifying ordeal for even the most Godly man.

Some of us are just crazy enough to try it - but we'll only try it once and after a lot of prayer and time. Not time spent being distant either, just time spent ensuring that the other party is who she says she is.

I believe marriage becomes a terrifying ordeal only when the relationship is not God-centered...but I guess it's really difficult to say. I mean at this day and age, a lot of things to consider may it be financial, emotional, spiritual and physical compatibility...O wells, I'm still positive though that somewhere out there I will find that God's chosen best for me....I just need to have faithin HIM :)

In a land of excess and abundance, many lose sight of what is important.

I'd say the prospects will become quite better when the $hit hits the fan. A very real sense of impending doom has a way of making decent people re-prioritizing the matters of the heart

Not to be a troll, but all I could think of initially was...

"Nope. Just us imaginary ones..."

There are multiple meanings to that answer. Men are real, despite undesirable traits, and with the exception of Jesus, perfect men are imaginary.

I don't believe perfection is unattainable, only unlikely, unless fully surrendered to Christ, by which His perfection in a way would become your own so to speak; However, name one person fully surrendered to Christ in every aspect of their lives.

That being said, there are many 'real' men all around you and in the world. Now, are there men who will fully meet your perspective on what a 'real man' is? Good question.
