I had those for the first time a couple months ago! They were good! My dad had them in El Salvador and he made them here when he got back. I'm sure they weren't as good as if they were made by someone who makes them regularly, but from what I tasted they were good. :)

i am totally impressed you just accepted reestit mutton an tattie soup without batting an eyelid! its a very traditional shetland dish.
