i definitely agreed with what most others said about the reckless disregard (or ignorance) of root problems decidedly not being a female thing.
in fact, my girlfriends seem more likely to question themselves, as long as emotions don't get in the way of that scrutiny. it's my guy pals that seem to disregard objective, thoughtful feedback more quickly, ironically, call that stubbornness or heightened confidence (perhaps pride), i'm not sure.
but it's widespread epidemic. truth.
and um, i'm a fixer too. it's very hard for me to sit idly by while someone asks me to willingly suspend both reasonable and obvious observation and what should naturally follow. i'm "feeling" side commiserates with their turmoil, but my "let's get this over with and move-on already" impatient side seem to be in direct conflict at times.
so "fixing" is definitely a gender-neutral thing. and i loved the video, so thanks for sharing. : )
