I liked your post a lot JesusLives. It would be nice if it could be like someone said once a few years ago, "Can't we all just get along?..."

I believe that the answer to your question is that there are those who feel that they are entitled to a higher rung on the ladder rather than someone else. This stems from pride and this leads to arrogance. It is wise to be nice to those you pass on the ladder because you will certainly meet them on the way down when the shoe is on the other foot.

I love that message and have had the opportunity to hang around with that same speaker, Dr. Rod Rosenbladt, for many years (in fact, I'm headed over to his place right now :)).
