is a naked silhouette of a woman automatically sexual, or can it just be art?
i personally wish that it could just be taken for it's artistic form, in purity. but i thought i would ask you guys....is it possible to look at the outline of a nude woman and not lust after it?

I just look at it as art. I never thought of it really. Take Michael Angelos David for instance, beautiful sculpture. Maybe I'm just weird.

It depends I guess.

Some people have less pure thinking habits when it comes to nudity in art than others. And I don't mean that in a disrespectful way to anyone. Just as a neutral fact.

It can depend on the art, too. If it's drawn with a more innocent vibe, then fewer people will see it as sexual. I usually just see it as art.

I agree with you Relena. My Mom took me to art museums a lot when I was young, she would say it's art
. So I've always looked at it that way.

exodus 20:26 is pretty clear;
And you shall not go up by steps to my altar, that your nakedness be not exposed on it.

the bottom line is your opinions and feelings do not matter, the way of the master and GOD of all is what's important. so when in question or doubt always refer to the manual.

Not to mention one of the first reactions Adam and Eve faced upon eating the fruit was an awareness of their nudity, and immediately hid to cover themselves.
