We have weird laws here in the UK. In some areas one can get married at 16, have to wait until 18 to drink or smoke (Not that I reccomend it), wait to 21 before one can buy glue and wait until one is 25 before one can go to the shop to buy a pair of scissors!
No wonder married life for the young is stressful with nagging wives and husbands wanting things done but patiently waiting to be old enough to buy the tools needed to make repairs or build things! And they have to wait two years before they have some stress relief in drink if they dont know the Lord!
