Thanks, guys. I'd like to thank Australia for being a country, a continent and an island. I'd like to thank the kangaroos for being so tasty and I'd like to thank my CC friends for being good sports. :)
You eat kangaroos?

Yes, we do. But I don't really care for kangaroo, unless it's kangaroo mince. It's an incredibly flavoursome meat, so it's probably an acquired taste. I do enjoy it with a whole heap of onion, garlic and spices though. :)

Definitely not. It's a rather strong meat, fairly similar to water buffalo.
That's not a good comparison. Not many people have had water buffalo. At least not around here.....gator, yes. Water buffalo, no.

That makes sense I guess, haha. I was just surprised because aren't kangaroos the Australian national animal? Just like the Bald Eagle is in the USA? It's illegal for us to hunt Bald Eagles here. So that's why I was surprised :p

How do describe water buffalo? It's a little like beef (haha!) and very, very strong. Maybe rich or something, I don't know. It's just potent. Also an acquired taste. Probably more acquired than kangaroo.
