I have to take a first aid/CPR class tonight. I should have taken it a while ago. It's actually a refresher course because my certification expired, whoops.
Do you need that for work? Mine's been expired for years but I don't need it anymore and I still remember all that stuff anyway.

I currently have a vendetta against a certain print server that wouldn't co-operate. There may also be some underlying hostility with a Thai restaurant that isn't open during my unconventional meal break time at work. Other than that I am at peace with the world (at least until something else annoying happens), except I'm going to go kill more zombies (because when I play plants vs zombies, plants always win).

I saw the title. I haven't looked. As a Mom with 2 children who love the annoying show and leave the card's everywhere, I think they're evil. Lol

Ugh. That thread has legalism written all over it. And the people who are discussing the franchise know nothing about it, but act as if they know everything about it. Not to mention, they use dodgy sources where Christians lie to warn other Christians away from such thing. Fighting something that's not occult with white magic? What does the Bible say? ;)

Pika! Pika!

How do we unsubscribe from particular threads? There are a few nasty ones. Thanks. :)

Meet Graham...the only person designed to survive a car crash! lol

Introducing Graham: the only person designed to survive on our roads - TAC - Transport Accident Commission

But seriously though, the site is pretty interesting!
Nope. Nope. Ack. Nope.

Some bias is showing in the article:

Evolutionary science and human vulnerability are at the centre of a new Victorian initiative to reduce road deaths and injuries.

Graham has been designed with bodily features that might be present in humans if they had evolved to withstand the forces involved in crashes.

“Cars have evolved a lot faster than humans and Graham helps us understand why we need to improve every aspect of our roads system to protect ourselves from our own mistakes.”

s'long as you remember it's now 30 : 2 and not 2 : 15

:p

It's quite scary really, how few people here know CPR at all.

-----------

To unsubscribe: go to Quick Links -> Subscribed threads , then tick the boxes behind each thread you want gone
Then select the drop down menu at the bottom of the list (Selected threads) and select Delete subscription

Really? Wow. That reminds me, I need to renew my First Aid training. Thanks also for the unsubscribing tip. :)

Given the number of people at work who stand around catching pokemon instead of working - and leaving ME to pick up the slack for their lazy butts - yes I'd have to say pokemon is evil. I have had multiple strong urges to snatch a person's phone and throw it on the grill.

Isn't that a bit extreme of a response?? :p

For every stupid or lazy player, there are plenty more who are doing the right thing. But I can see why you're cheesed off at your fellow employees and want to get all up in their grills. I'm not sure how that works at your workplace though. You have to walk around to catch Pokemon, sometimes great distances.

I have my own opinions on the "Pokemon Go"...

Even My BOSS plays this.... And about 4 other co-workers.. But me and the hubby don't really care for it. Maybe it's cause we didn't play it much when we were kids... But whatever floats your boat... Just not MY cuppa tea.

Just a waste of precious time. Folks gone totally crazy over this. People are sneaking around other folks houses searching for those critters...running straight across the street not even bothering looking left nor right...oh...I sound like my mama, don't I? lol

Thoughts become things.

I do not support the Pokie Ball movement.

Listening to Republican GOP this morning while working. I must say that after reviewing the candidates. I made my choice and its none of anyone's business.

Should I drink this Protein shake?
