Anyone else ever had one of those days when you are rather disgusted with yourself for acting like someone so far from who you aspire to be? Yep feeling rather imperfect today, and afflicted with a bit of perfectionism. (And no it's nothing seriously bad, just an annoying co-worker that I don't want to have to deal with and I let a bunch of junk food into my house).
Depending on the quality of said junk food, I will be happy to take care of that problem for you. 
I have good taste, but I eat junk food. But it has to be GOOD junk food - I'll eat cheetos, but the off-brands taste blah. I'll eat snack cakes, but only the ones that don't taste like only sugar, vegetable shortening and flour. I'll eat cinnamon-sugar pecans, but I won't eat m&ms because they don't taste like real chocolate.

^^^ I'm going to buy myself flowers to keep at my desk. And if people say "Oh did someone get you flowers?" I can say "Yeah. I did."
Someone sent me white roses on valentines before. It was a rare phenomenon that my nasty co workers said I bought the flowers and have it delivered to myself. Maybe they were joking but I did'nt care. And I did not go out with the guy who sent the flowers because I did not want to. Flowers don't work sometimes.

Stream of consciousness about flowers: I like flowers because they are always the same. Whether there is a crowd around or they are alone, whether someone is admiring, disparaging or ignoring them, they are the same. They don't change their appearance to something they think will be more pleasing when someone walks in the room. (And for the smart-alecs who are about to say "How do you know if you're not there to see them change? I think security cameras would have caught them changing by now.) They don't make a skunk odor and then change it quickly to something more appealing when a person comes by. Flowers are flowers.
That's one of the reasons I like a lot of flowers better than I like a lot of people. Many people, you never know if you're seeing the real person and you never know what they will become when you leave the room.
