Yeah, but they were terrible at blocking a sword strike... so you had to strike first.

It's a trade off.

Answer - a very secure man. A man who probably shouldn't be messed with.

Well it depends on the woman. A politician, well then it's bad, but just one harmless woman?

I think we can handle one little girl..

That one looks angry, or maybe gassy or something.

I love a woman armed for battle as long as she's smiling. If she's not smiling, that means I screwed up somewhere, and I really don't want her to have any sharp pointy objects within her grasp at the moment.

Who said: 'a woman is more terrifying than an army armed to the teeth, lined up for battle' or something. I can't find the quote. Anyway, the fellah who wrote that must have been gay; women are awesome.

didymos I dunno so much about that... In the early days of the USA when people were venturing west, common wisdom was if you get captured by indians, you should really, really hope and pray they don't give you to the women.

While I whole heartedly agree that women are awesome...............let me assure you (from personal experience) the ONE thing the US Army, and Drill Sergeants FEARED MOST was an "angry mother." Trust me, because of angry mothers, Military Regulations have been rewritten, and training methods altered. NEVER underestimate the WRATH of an angry mother.
