Truthfully, I think Valentine's and Sweetest Day are overrated anywayz.. send flowers or cards to ur love sporadically...you don't need those days to remind you. (my opinion anywayz...)

Finally, someone agrees with me about Valentines day!! I've always said it was corny. I think you should show love to your other half all of the time or randomly... not just on one set given day of the year, just because the calendar tells you too! Aarrgghhh... marketing ploy!! I've always hated it.. and have many people disagree with me, so thankyou.. glad I'm not alone with this thought!!

the bad is the fear that am really getting old, and will soon be too old to get married, scares. Having to get news of all your friends are getting hitched.

Hey all you single girls! Me and a friend found a great way to celebrate "Singles Awareness Day" this year (aka Valentine's Day). We're going to for a pedicure & then heading to her house to watch a movie and eat chocolate! Isn't that the best ever?! No date to impress, I'm so excited about it! If you're feeling down on that particular day, go and do something you enjoy.... you'll feel better Besides, Valentine's Day is waaaaay overrated.

Perhaps the best thing about being single is that you don't have to deal with someone dragging you to the theater to see movies that you honestly have no interest in whatsoever. Romantic comedies are a cornucopia of badness.

At 64, I have lived my life in the way I believed God go be leading me and could not have done so if I had been married.


Having been single for the whole time I cannot find any particular point that I could specifically list here.
