Jesus didn’t come to set uspartially free from sin. He died to set us completely free. And when God calls us to do anything in life, He’s not asking us to do it halfway.
The truth is, we will never experience the fullness of joy and freedom that’s available to us in Christ if we refuse to do what God tells us we should do. And whatever God asks us to do is for our good. He always has our best interest at heart.
Maybe you have someone in your life you need to forgive. Or you simply need to start eating right or be a better steward of your time, talents and resources. Or maybe you’re settling for less in a certain area of your life when God wants you to follow His plan to do something greater. I could give you hundreds of examples. But the bottom line is, with God’s help, we are able to do everything He asks us to do. And we need to be diligent about pressing in to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
There’s nothing better than having the peace, righteousness, joy and satisfaction of knowing you’ve finished what God has given you to do. The reward is so much greater than whatever price you have to pay. It may not feel good while you’re going through the process of getting there, but when it’s over, you have that satisfying feeling of knowing you did what God put in your heart to do. You can sit back, relax and watch God move!
I want to encourage you to partner with God to take care of any unfinished business you may have in your life. It’s amazing how quickly you can experience freedom if you will simply do what God has asked you to do by His grace, and finish what you start.

If the Son has set you free (of sin), you are free, indeed.
You are forgiven . Once that son reality is understood, that God died on the cross for our sins, the only thing left to do is live like He Loved (other) here on earth, which was tough Love for some and compassionate Love for others and grace Love for others and mercy Love for still others. Christ, for those who accept Him and crucify themselves in His death also, have nothing to fear in life but God IF they do not follow Him.

'Follow Me'

Jesus first words said, to fishermen, James and John, in Scripture after Jesus having been tempted in the wilderness right before that.

Christ, peeps, wants us to free ourselves of our sinful life by repenting and following Him, His perfect best for us is what awaits :)

God finished everything on the cross, old was passed away, we were with new beginnings, embraced by His Love shown us in soon many ways, His Spirit given into us.
Behold, what manner of Love the Father has given into us !

From beginning to end, your life in Christ, it will be perfectly finished by Him :)

Very important to finish what you started.

Look no further than Jesus....

.....up on the cross. What were His last words?

Second to last words , rather.

..... and what if you already know what you are being led to do - is so politically incorrect with your spiritual mentors, friends and "family" that it will cost you everything you have and rely upon? In other words: I will face condemnation from all.

There are those telling me that if I move ahead with my path, I will be out of their lives, because "God" does not work this way. There is no particular verses barring this ministry, no one understands my motivations, and yet God's call upon my heart, mind and spirit is so overwhelming / overpowering that I am thinking myself insane at times. And, yes, a part of what I would have to do requires God to move in a way I have never even read about before.

Comfort vs Void, Safety vs Unknown, Love vs Rejection, Life vs Possible Death.

Facing the unknown.....
