I've been trying to teach my cats to speak with a Jamaican accent.

Something about this isn't working.
Just make sure they can tell the difference between BEER CAN & BACON when yer' teaching them a Jamaican accent,or things will get out of control & fast! lol

I haven't really thought about it before but although we are all typing in English there IS a language barrier. I have just been told I was rude when I typed something completely normal over here.

Have you noticed such happenings?

P.S This also happens with my Grandparents and text language, my Granny thought lol meant lots of love. :)
i notice language barriers ALL the time. now. i do live in a foreign land....lol but even amongst english speakers, language is a tricky playing field and it definitely gets in the way of communication
