huh?

I didn't understand that but it sounds interesting. Can you please explain this.
You mean you've never done the energy transfer with money thing? Surely, you can't be serious.

How about Christian Bale, and we'll call it even. :) Actually... I'd never really been into his movies or work at all, and when I heard it was going to be the new Batman years back, I was like, Christian Bale? Bah!!! (It also doesn't help that I'm way more into Superman and Spidey and not so crazy about Batman.)

Then I saw his first Dark Knight movie (wasn't crazy about the second one, yes, I'm picky), and some of his other movies (The Prestige was quite intriguing), and I was hooked.

So, seeing as you obviously have all the celeb hookups, Nuke, I expect you to set something up immediately. Oh wait... sorry... I think he's married, right? Guess I'll have to start stalking someone else... (any volunteers?)

So, in the theme of the thread, I'd like to vent that Batman is just a rich boy in a cape--I'm not saying there's anything wrong with having money (at least he's trying to do good with it), but in order to be a REAL super hero (the old-fashioned kind), I just think you have to have some kind of otherworldly strength or powers or come from another planet or have been in a freak accident that makes you "special".

Actually, I'm just envious of Superman's laser beam eye rays... those would come in handy when I'm waiting in long lines (I could start a small distraction in the next aisle, something harmless really, yell, "Fire!" and then stroll on up when everyone else has cleared out), and it would be especially nice when I needed to heat up some ramen noodles without a microwave, or if my coffee went cold. So many possibilities!!

How about The Spleen, from the movie Mystery Men?

He's definitely "special" and "otherworldly"...and his superpowers could also heat ramen and your coffee...

LOL!

I know it sounded strange, but it sounded like an interesting point he was making and I hope he comes back and explains it.
