Hello Greentree!

Welcome to CC Singles. There are many musicians here, so I hope you feel at home in this forum.

Word of caution - Beware of the Lynx.

But... but... but Lynx is the biggest music nut of all!

Howdy greentree. Pay no attention to the bear. Someone awoke him from his hibernation and he is really grumpy right now. He muttered something about someone playing a trumpet right outside his cave. That's nonsense though, I know for a fact there was no trumpet.

*Lynx hides his bugle and looks innocent.

Hi there,
I am a passionate Jesus freak living and working in the Seychelles as a private chef. Myself in a nutshell = TESTIFY, TASTE, TRAVEL and TRAIN(fitness)

To answer those few questions,
1. Favorite band- hmmm tough one but i do enjoy flashing back to Reliant K
2. Sunday- i am sadly working most sundays but it is my day of 'rest' where i spend my breaks in devotion or listening to podcasts, usually before some surf or paddling at the beach
3. Something i still want to do and havnt- publish a book, do a mission trip, dine in Japan and hike Kilimanjaro

Anyway lets see how this goes. Love the idea behind this and im excited to see what comes of it

God bless

*Lynx raises his head from his paws and looks around...

Did someone say private chef? :D :D

Howdy Squeeze. Don't stress too much about Sunday. "Sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath." Sabbath was made for a good reason - to make people take a day to rest, which is very important. But as long as you do take a day off, it doesn't have to be Sunday. Just make sure you do take one day off a week to rest. It's good for you.

(And now I sound like my mother. "Do this, it's good for you." Oh well.)

So Squeeze, what kind of book would you write? And do you do any chef artistry with chocolate?

Absolutely right! Being in the private side of things doesn't always allow for that day off though seeing as the boss cant really have himself a day off of being fed :) i try my best to fit in a day every couple of weeks, i know its the short term pain that will enhance the gain in this case. Completely a God given opportunity so i am taking it by the horns!

The book i am writing is about fueling your temple(body) and leading a healthy lifestyle in the way God intended rather than what society is dictating to us. Everything will be backed up by scripture. Before i became a chef i was a fitness trainer and dietician, now i want to incorporate the two. Having a healthy body, mind and heart will eliminate many factors holding us back when it comes to living and fulfilling our purpose. Tricky one to explain :)

I do a bit of chocolate artistry, actually something id really like to get better at. Why do u ask, are u a chocolatier or a choco-holid?? :D

That flag over his name indicates country of origin.

I'm no chocolatier, but I did make a pretty good homemade chocolate pudding yesterday. No powdered cocoa for me, I melted in three boxes of Schogetten chocolate. I am a chocoholic though. Only dark chocolate please - milk chocolate is for people who don't like chocolate, they just like stuff with a boatload of cream and sugar.

Will your book be reprinted in english? Sounds like something I'd like to read. And will you mention fasting?

*Hides the half-eaten cookie behind his back*

You're thinking about the dark side. "Come to the dark side... we have cookies!" Here at Christian Chat we have brownies, chocolate pie and fudge revel bars.
