I didn't go to the gym yesterday. That makes...4 years in a row, now. ;)

I just walk sometimes. But I don't have a strict schedule for that. I also do a little bit of ballet dancing.
To keep my weight in check, I measure my food. I weigh it on a food scale and count the calories. My weakness is sugar. I love sweets way too much and I try and stay away from them because of it. :(

i had chicken quesadillas tonight. and i regret it. lol

i'll get back on the treadmill on thursday. maybe.
Or better yet, on Monday. I am surmising that you had some type of hot sauce with the chicken quesadillas. I would not feel bad about eating the chicken as long as it was free-range or grange or something like that. I forget.

I very rarely drink soda.. I drink lots of water and juice.. I wanna get a blender and a fruit juicer so I can make my own fruit juice smoothies.. :eek:

Biking is awesome! I use it as a primary means of transportation (in part of which is because I have to.) But even if I didn't I'd still do it.

I was a lot healthier back before I got a driver's license...

Reminds me of this one employee at a gym who took a call from a member who wanted to cancel his membership. The employee asked, "Is something the matter, did we do something wrong?"

"No" said the member, "I enjoy my workouts there. I just feel it's time to move on to other things."

"Well good, I'm glad it wasn't something we did" said the employee. "But I'm afraid you'll have to come down and cancel your membership in person. We don't take cancellations over the phone."

"Oh..." said the member. "Um... where is the gym located?"

Long time no gym eh? ;)
