I am self taught in violin and now I teach it. I am also self taught in piano and partly in cello.
You can teach yourself. If you need help there are many resources. Many people do YouTube lessons. I found some very decent violin and fiddle teachers on YouTube that I refer people to. Also, if you type in "Learn (the instrument)" in the app store there are apps that come up

Other than flying and going invisible, I'd love to learn to read AND write traditional Chinese for many reasons. Most Chinese people I met understood Chinese, but when they talked to each other, they talk in Mandarin or Hokkien and for all I know they're plotting something against me right in front of me. Pretending to not know, but actually knowing how their language will surely be handy.
I wish I could swim. And I'm planning to learn swimming, just not after I graduate.
I wish I could learn all the programming languages and talk to computers with ease.
