P.S. I also wanted to add that the tickets to see him were completely FREE (I had picked up an extra one for a guest, but my guest was not able to attend), so money was not his motivation. He just wanted to see people accept Christ as their Savior, as he had done.
Yes he sounded very sincere in his interview. I wouldn't think he was doing it for money. He already made tons of money with Korn and part of his testimony was the fact that he realized that all that money was ruining him.

Maybe it's just my own observation, but most people I know have hit rock bottom before they come to accept Christ or, if they were raised in church by myself, they hit rock bottom before taking Christ seriously or moving to the next level in their faith.

Some of the people I'm closest with have hit extreme rock bottoms in life, as much as any celebrity.

I guess I feel sorry for famous people because bigger opportunities can mean a person has chances to make bigger mistakes, and they do so very publicly. After all, although I talk about my life openly, when I was going through my own rock bottoms, I wouldn't have wanted them splashed all over every magazine and TV broadcast...

I wish Mr. Bieber all the best! And, I've always been a bit of a Donny Osmond fan after seeing him in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat"... along with the fact that I read an interview with him in which he stated that he was a virgin when he got married. Extremely rare... celebrity or not... and most admirable.

I clicked into this thread (page 2) KNOWING that it's been the Justin Bieber thread...and what do I read? Zero talking about how "He already made tons of money with Korn..."

Wow...My head asploded.

Donny Osmond is a perfect example of a young celebrity who had God in his life (and a God fearing family) and enjoyed a nice career without having to detox himself.

I actually hit rock bottom myself before turning to God. In my case there were no drugs or alcohol, just feelings of hopelessness, depression and despair.

Well, it was rather weird and tingly the first time it happened...but it happens so frequently now that I hardly notice it's gone.

Too funny. JB is unbearable.
About that betting thing I'd give it a couple of years too. If he was with Disney I would've given him until tomorrow...

Hmm... a whole plane (with wings)... or just a plain (piece of land)... as in, with animals running across it? :)

That's awesome. :) As for Justin Beiber, the kid has nice hair I'll say that much for him. :D
