I can't quite decide whether to be annoyed or amused when a customer calls two mins before we close and expect next- day delivery at the opposite end of the country by noon the next day (and they even expect us to pay for it).
Put that item in a box, strap it to your motorcycle and get moving! Hurry up, time's a-wasting! :p

People have gotten spoiled lately. One of the Amazon.com bigwigs was commenting on it in an interview. "People used to be amazed that their computer mouse was connected to their doorbell, they could order something and it would be delivered. Now they're like, 'I placed that order 12 hours ago! Where's my stuff?'"

Since everybody is different and react to things differently. What are the things that people do that irritates and annoys you? Are you learning to reverse it? How?

For me, I am a person who live by the schedule and plan. If I have planned to do something and suddenly, there's a change in plans, I get very annoyed. For example, if I have planned to cook dinner for a group of people and bought all the ingredients, ready to cook, when I'm about to prepare the food, people tell me that they are not coming. That annoys me!
What annoys me the most of all things are these two things.

Smart people
Stupid people

I went to the theatre today with some friends. I actually just got back not too long ago. Anyways, my best friend's boyfriend brought his cousin with him. This man is about 28 years old and he was really cute. So they sat him next to me and everything went well during the movie.

No, this wasn't a date. I thought it was just going to be a girls night. Afterwards, the guy asked if I wanted to hang out at his apartment for a while. It was 10:30 PM! I told him that I had homework to do and he laughed about ditching school the next day. I told him that I wasn't going into some guy's house this late at night especially alone. And you know what he said afterwards? He said I was a prude! I'm not a prude...right?

Can you say ew? That really irritated me. LOL I told my brother about it and he was initially surprised as well but then he explained that that's just how people are nowadays. The guys just expect that behavior from women and when they see that some of them won't comply, they result to name calling.

So yeah...that was annoying and embarrassing.

Fail troll. This site gets the most boring, weak and unoriginal trolls. You fail at life so now you come here and fail. Congratulations on being an embarrassment to your parents.

Because when he hides behind a keyboard it's easy for him to talk big. In person he'd probably pee himself trying to talk to people like that.

Now I'm all curious...

What annoys me is the art of trolling is dead. Back when I was a moderator in an apostolic chatroom we had trolls that put some effort into it. They would actually have an argument with you, and put some thought in their replies. Some of them would hang around for a few days building a fan base of people who liked them, and THEN start subtle trolling so when they got banned there would be a big outcry from the regulars who had started liking the guy. Shoot, sometimes I even hated to ban them because I could appreciate the work they put into it.

Now a troll just comes in and blasts. No art, no thought, not even anything original, just machine-gun typing out trash. Trolling as it should be is dead.

I don't know what was said either. But I'm sure it wasn't good! I'm sorry if he said anything bad to you, Pipp. Don't listen to those stupid trolls.

Pipp, I need to be more like you. :)

And in celebration, I would like to help you make an Ode to Trolls Cake... (let's design one where they're living under a big bridge and everything...)
