God NEVER will desert us, princessaimee, the Lord leads and He says that He will never leave us nor forsake us, so, forget all about that thought, that is ONLY the Enemy who would put such a thought in your head.

I am not sure why I did this thread, LIGHTupthesky, since you're asking, brother, I pray that what's been said is led by Him :)

---------------

We are all blessed by the Lord in our lives, the peace is resounding, isn't it, HegaveyouHislife :)

I would be living a different life, I'm not sure IF I would be with God, probably not, the world and it's view and way of being prettier looking than the view of Christ and 'suffering' would have kept me 'lukewarm,' and, God can use us when we are HOT for His leading, or, even, cold, as He used Saul-Paul, didn't He , and, Paul himself claimed, he was the worst of sinners before meeting Christ, and, he was, he killed people , not just people, Christians :( But, God knew, God knew what Paul could do for Him and God blinded Paul to His light :)

I am thankful that He chose me, that I could be shown Him, and, believe, faith-fully believe, and, He would carry me through many mistakes that could have let Satan have his way with me but God brought me through, in His loving arms , showing me great Love, that's exactly what Christ did for me, showed me Himself, on many occassions in my life, just showed up and He saved me and still does save me, from my ways of sinning, time and time again, and, I will REMAIN a work in progress all the way to heaven. We ALL are works in progress, but He who began a good work in us all will complete it all. this truth goes for little projects we do by faith in His leading, and, also, continuing to make us into perfect loving, God-fearing human and following Him as Jesus was doing here on Earth. :)
I was kinda just teasing, because of last nights answer I gave in another thread...I was worried peeps might think I am captain bleak & despair all the time here. lol Carry on my brother..carry on!

I'd be a DJ and go by the name Big Buzzard.
If I were not a Christian, I'd be spending every night getting kicked out of clubs because of my "painful-to-watch" dance moves. I'm sure it would just be a wild coincidence that Nod (aka "Big Buzzard") would be the DJ at each of those same clubs!!!

You wouldn't be to blame for me being kicked out of your clubs, would you Nod???

I can't even begin to imagine where I would be without God. I would probably be materialistic and have a boyfriend of the month club of my very own. I might even be in jail because if it wasn't for the Lord, my temper probably would get the better of me. I'm very thankful for the fruit of the Spirit.
I don't think you'd be in jail. At the very worst I think you'd just be the female equivalent of Charlie Harper. :)
