For me Christian songs have a lot of the time gotten through to me through my stubborn rebellion more than what the most loving of Christians could for example Sanctuary real lyrics:
" if you get lost in your sorrows then you could hit rock bottom" that really helped me because as a melancholy introvert I'm naturally negative and for a long time it's a process I thought it was OK to wallow in self pity but using God's spiritual weapons and as in abings case and mine and yourselves is when through God's mercy I was able to become aware of those satanic lies strongholds in my mind and repent renew my mind and talk to my father about it spiritual awareness is key ask God for more of it and wisdom as the bible Says if we're lacking wisdom such as taking thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ and powerful anointed Christian lyrics that cut straight to the heart that speak to the spirit a cool thing about Christian songs is you can listen to them over and over and it builds your spirit.

One thing that has been very difficult for me to process and not get offended by is God can speak through anyone just not thru the Enemy prefably Christians I found it real tough to accept God speaking thru another Christian who is doing really sinful things but in my heart I knew God wanted to help me thru them I had to humble myself and still do.

Word master a friend of mine on CC confess the Word the opposite of negative thoughts and feelings. We have a awesome Savior if we didn't have a Savior Wed be stuck!

For some reason this thread reminds me of a song, "The really big news."

"I just read where congress passed new legislation

The miracles of God and his presence make things interesting .. Also the people on here make it interesting aswell...

Hmmm.....

- Having a job where one feels useful / needed.
- A bit of variety ( not just routine), preferably both at work and in my spare time
- Learning new things, whether useful or not :p

Oh, I hope you actually place that wager. My brother and I painted part time together for years and listened to talk radio when we painted. We listened mostly to Rush Limbaugh and Bob Grant. We were so efficient in painting we usually ended up having down time waiting for the paint to dry. Listening to liberals call in to those talk shows and get schooled was entertaining to say the least. :)

For me it would be friendships. The moments I cherish most are the great times I had with friends. But I find these times hard to come by.

I'm also going through a similar phase you did the first time round. I've really started to connect with the book Ecclesiastes. I think I kinda understand more how that guy felt. It's probably from going through a lot right now, and over the last four years (I won't go into detail as this post would be gigantic).

Because I live away from any family, I don't have a best friend, and I'm not in a relationship, I feel lonely a lot. I tend to struggle with getting really close to people. So when I do have those moments where I feel real joy being around my friends, and I end up laughing so hard it hurts, those are the moments that make life feel like maybe everything will be ok, at least for a moment.

Those moments make life interesting, and leave me with cherished memories.

I have seen many people in my church who was depressed and the Pastor ask them to attend bible study and church regularly to fulfil the human entity and spiritual entity - when this group of people did both they were no longer depressed.

Human entity is body needs food, spirit needs WORD of God and our soul needs love and remember the Spiritual entity Father, Son and Holy Spirit if you have these LIFE is fulfilled.
