yes, julieannie, rich reminds me a lot of Paul, he says things, like Paul said in words, 'and when i weep, let me weep like a man longing for his home.' I could easily see Paul saying that. Other lines to in the song similar, I think. Just pure genious. 39 years old, single, like Paul was, was way too young for this guy to go to heaven, I thought, but, God thought different. The Lord leads, but way too young, but my ways not His ways and thoughts not His thoughts. But, why? 
But, I know why
I believe, Rich would have done what the great artists, like Amy, have done, and ,that's cross the line into secular Top 40 with Christian music. Not many have, Michael, Amy, a few out there, U2, but, not many. YOU MUST be really, really good, to get God into the 'world' music. Just saying. Not that the world music bad either, I have a lot of world music that 'stands' in me, I just want to use it for good news, or, not at all. We all need to STAND for His things for us, the Lord leads our 'stands.' This song was a 'rotation' favorite when I was a DJ in college

I remember when carman came to KeyArena in 1996, and, he did this video. Awesome. Satan, bite the dust !! Quite the production on stage, and, all was FREE !
