Superman---can i just point out that in Man of Steel, Henry Cavill looks amazing with a beard? I'm just pointing it out.....XD
Spiderman---i just LOVE the transformation....from nerdy guy to awesome spider dude. It's always the beginning that amazes me--from nothing (or seemingly ordinary) to hero. It always gives me the shivers because i just LOVE that.
Wolverine---Claws. Awesome. Need i say more??? and also added to the fact that his entire skeletal frame is made of metal and he heals super fast, and he's virtually indestructible and immortal!?!?! *cheers*
Batman---He's awesome! ok...i like him better than Superman...hear me out. First of all, i can relate to Batman so much more. His life is more realistic than that of an alien allergic to a green crystal....Batman is just....more realistic. *nods* Batman is also amazing......he persists in helping a world that constantly turns against him. Reminds me of Christ in some ways.....but then...you Superman fans would say "SO DOES SUPERMAN". Meh. MY OPINION!!!! XD Besides, He can "make an incredibly awesome movie" (quote from HISHE). (or more like plural....) I LOVE Christopher Nolan's films...and Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises are all movies i LOVE and have watched several times....(i love Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in that movie...don't judge me...XD)
DC Comics---ok...i've ALWAYS loved archers...and so i fell in love with the Green Arrow....<333
And Flash. I'm sorry. FLASH IS JUST TOO COOL!
Other: ok.....DEFINITELY Wesley from The Princess Bride.
Handsome. Good sense of humor. Funny. Sarcastic. Brave. Charismatic. Charming. Faithful. Loyal. GOOD WITH THE BLADE. What more needs to be said? He's amazing....and for those who don't know....The Princess Bride is a Homeschooler classic...and an OVERALL amazing movie.

Scripturally speaking my superhero is the prophet Elijah, because he single-handedly stood against an army of false prophets, and won!!! Perhaps the modern-day superhero ideal came from his life - just a thought. But as SeoulSearch mentioned, in a general sense the Canadian Mounties (a.k.a The Super Horsey Guys) come in a close second. They saved me many, many times from a multitude of irate and disorderly Canadian Geese! Like I always say, never trust a goose that would snitch out its own goslings in order to avoid jail time itself!!!
There is nothing more inspiring than seeing a herd of red and white Canadian Mounties (followed by a floating over-sized Canadian Flag) coming to your rescue call.

My superhero is JessicaMae. For standing up against the villainous Purity Snatcher! Unfortunately, her battle to fight against such cads and evil doers has only begun. As long as she holds firmly to the power of the Cross, she will be able to vanquish all those who hate strong values and God-centered beliefs. Be strong JessicaMae, a Christian nation salutes you!

My choice won't be technically a super hero, but its my answer and i'm picking what i want, so suck it up.
Blade. The Day Walker. That dude was a beast. And he was saving the planet. A black vampire that isn't bothered by sunlight and knows martial arts and has a bad a car! How is that NOT super hero? And head tat's to top it off.
