Hey, I'm 17 and have recently gone through one the worst seasons of depression in my life so know that you are not the only teen christian struggling with Depression and suicide. Infact, that's what the Devil wants you to think so that you don't see any point in continuing on or looking to God for help. Read 2nd Corinthians 4:17-18. Jeremiah 29:11 and most of all remember that you are the daughter of a king who is not moved by this world- who goes before you and is with you so you should not fear. I know it's hard to see that in the midst of everything going on in your life but honestly trust God. There are seasons in emotions and they will pass. I also suggest you talk to someone-anyone you trust- to help you through your struggle. Friends, parents relatives siblings belive it or not actually do care. You can message me anytime and I'll be happy to talk and pray with you

Welcome to CC a friend request sent your way.....I may be old but I know about depression and suicide attempt....that failed thank God He saved me. He has a purpose for your life and He loves you very much. Please join in some threads in the teen area and come and Speak Your Mind in the thread with that name. There are some oldie but goodies there and some younger ones too.....Know that you are loved and cared about.....Life is tough but God is tougher and He is Love.... Happy Easter and again Welcome.

Umm...Look, private message me, I knew someone who went through this same stuff, they were very close to me, and I have some experience with it, just remember, Jesus gave his life for us, for you, shouldn't you see you're life is a precious, unique thing? People have gone through what you're going through, many made the wrong decision and threw away God's gift of life, but you don't have to, just talk to Christ, tell him what you feel, tell him why you're like this, in telling him in your prayers, you can find relief, and find God working in your life to help you, you may even realize just how you can make it through this.
