God Spoke to me in a dream, but my Mother say it could be satan playing tricks on me.

I had a dream once and god told me this
" In order for you to get to heaven you must do 3 things"
he also warned me about my little sister
" In order for you sister to get into heaven she must do to things"

I woke up scared and crying, I was shakeing and I trying to ajust to the darkness in my room because in my dream their was a bright light.

I told my mom and she said it could be the devil playing tirck on me, but I'm not so sure...
What do you think fellow chrisitans?

Salvaton is by Grace Alone through Faith Alone in Christ alone to the Glory of God Alone.



Donating to charity won't save you, no amount of good deeds can save you. The book of James tells us doing these things result of our having been saved. If we are saved, we will do these things. That doesn't mean, because we do these things, we are then saved.


Due to the nature of what was said, I do not believe it was God.

Galatians 1:8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!

I know of several people who were scared by a dream (including me) that we knew was from God. These were in the very beginning of our walk. None of our dreams were the same; but these dreams came after we prayed to God that He show us something about us. These things were done before we knew each other, but the witness was compelling.

I know it is said that we are not saved by anything we do, but what Jesus has done for us; but please allow this witness;

There are three things Jesus asks us to do in the very beginning of our walk with Him.


Repent

Pick up your cross

Follow Me

These are three things required of us...............


Don't be afraid to share with others the importance of what Jesus says (present tense) and does in the very beginning of His ministry with you.

First of all, I agree with Jimmy. Salvation is by the Grace of God. It is Faith, repentance, believing that Jesus is the Son of God, lived, died, and rose again for you.


Second of all, 2 Cor. 11:14, And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Listen to your mom and to your heart. When something like this happens, always first turn to God in prayer, get your Bible and see if it lines up with the Word, then if you still have question, go to your pastor, elders, family, friends and so on.

This is true, You'll also know its from God if it comes in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Every knee shall bow every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Philippians 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

God does not leave you in fear, to worry is a sin... God has nothing to do with worry.

God is love, and in him there is no evil. If God were to give you a message it would be a message of hope, to help you, or warn you for the good of your sake, he has plans for good not for evil for a hope and a future for you

This is why you must always test what comes to you in whatever form. If they cannot confess Jesus Christ of Nazareth is Lord, then it is not from God.
