Yes I was planning on telling my parents about what happened. But a friend told me that my parents can't do anything but tell me to stop talking to him, and that it's all my decision because I'm 18 already.
But I think parents are one of the most important people in a person's life, because I look up to them and want to listen to them.

Yes he was my first love, we almost talked for 1 year end of may, but I really felt like I needed to end it before things would get out of hand.

Your parents can give you advise and give you encouragement. Not only that, they love you, and will protect you more then anyone else will.

i agree with violakat, i mean i hid things from my mom like personal tragedies that happen to me,
the first thing she said was why didnt you tell me? what if something even worst happen & not her even
know what was going on, but she was right. They say parents just dont understand reality they do, their to protect you
it doesnt matter how old you are, your always going to be your parents baby
