No its not. If it were implying that they were three separate it would say in the names of or in the name, in the name, in the name.
Instead it just said, in the name of the father, son , and holy ghost.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
The Bible makes it clear that the Name of the Father is Jesus:
"Joh 10:30 I and my Father are one."
"Joh 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? "
The Bible makes it clear that the Name of the Son is Jesus:
Mat 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
The Bible makes it clear that the Name of the Holy Ghost is Jesus:
